Condo hunting in LA is hard. Three times now I have found "the one".
First one, rents decided to wait for a bit and it went away just when they realized that YES it was the best investment
Second one, decided it was far too old and would take far too much to repair the little things and would be a money pit and not a worthwile investment
Third one, there are 6/7 things the builder must agree to change before we will sign anything, and it's brand new so the guy still has all the building material out at the second place he's building in Pasadena.
And we are still looking. And looking. And looking. And looking. And looking.
Am tired of looking! Am ready to pack and move!! I have shelves to buy and hang, Knick nacks to finally take out of the box, and pile and piles of stuff all over my apartment that never had a home in the blasted place!!!

In pop culture news, I am going to the shop tonight and may or may not elect to read secret invastion. We are casting the film i'm working on this sunday. I still don't love my job but quite like the people at my job. My moms new hair cut is awesome. The office is tonight, JOY. I forgot to set up my DVR, sadness. I need to start a new workout program. I miss fort worth folk. I am not a cylon. Buffy the comic is amazing. Read it, read it now! Xander and Dracula, classic! Last night I dreamt that I really needed socks. I do not want to see my credit card bill for this month because i had to pay for the effin home inspection for the place I'm not getting, and I bought a lot of trades including all the witchblade ones and wanted.
I think wanted is an amazing concept but... and get ready for this... I didn't really enjoy it.
Proced to throw angry calls. I shall regale you with why I didn't enjoy it at another time.
