I finally got my car fixed today. While it was getting repaired i walked over to a sheet music store and bought a copy of neil diamonds greatest hits. Then i started looking at their guitars. I was officially scoping out git-boxes for a youngin' i know, so i was looking for a good-sounding cheap guitar. I always end up looking for something for me though. I want a big one. Big and deep and boomy. Anyway, the salesperson came over and annoyed me in exactly the way all guitar salesmen annoy me. I express an intrest in something and then he picks it up and tries to impress me with a lick or riff. It's as if i said, "excuse me, but could you show me how to play this? Oh no, i don't want to touch it myself, you go ahead and wow me." I should just make it a point to walk away when they do that. Just hand me the fucking guitar. Meh, it was a crappy one anyway so i left, got lunch and then got my car back. I stopped off to get some more OJ to drink my cold away and then went home to practice on my guitar because i was just too exhausted to go to work. I played for a couple hours to try and shake the rust off then I watched "The Cooler", a most excellent romance story. I've been thinking that i need to watch harold & maude again. When i first saw it, the ending ruined it for me because i thought that harold should have killed himself. But lately i've been thinking that it did have the better ending because there is a season to things. You've got to enjoy what you have while you've got it and when it's gone then you need to carry on. Really nobody has anything except this excact moment, so make the best of it. Sheesh, listen to me pontificate. Right now i think i'll make the best of my moment by going to bed.

PS- Sorry, no comments for people's journals today. Tough titties kiddies. I'm pretty damn tired and i need to get up for school tomorrow. I'm actually starting to get the hang of linear algebra and (dare i say?) like it.
