I'm drinking the nastiest coffee and motivating myself for work. I had another one of my trapped in the military dreams (fuck i hate those) but this one was weird in that we were at some kind of 'summer camp' type thing and it was the day of the big athletic competition. For some weird reason, I was in command of my company and I was deciding who would compete in what and thinking about people I hadn't given a 2nd thought to in 8yrs. I was debating between archery and hand to hand combat for myself (I told you it was weird) when my mom called to tell me my brother was out of the hospital. He's 3yrs older than me and he had to have heart surgury to get a pacemaker. Appearently he's been having blood pressure problems and when the nurse checked his pulse, he was at 30BPM. I'm told that they were surprised that he was able to walk, let alone consciencious, and that they couldn't ever recall someone walking into the ICU. I think it's just the onry meanness that runs in my family. My dad was once shot in the neck by a sniper (while getting into his parked car) and he drove himself to the hospital. So ya...
