I am unable to get a proper night's sleep. It's past 2 again in the AM.
I know why, but I'm not able to do anything about it.

I haven't looked at my US map, hanging on my wall for awhile. There's alot of dots covering the northeast. and a few in the Southwest. a few down through Florida, louisiana, and a string of them going through MO, OK, and TX.
