you know what I hate, when you want to help someone, you really want to help them, but you can't. because you know that anything you say will have no effect. What they need to do is spend some time away from the things that are pressing down on them and sort it out. What's frustrating is that I can't offer them a single piece of advice that will solve their problem. It's unfortuanately going to be a slow road back for them...
