SSooooo I'm listening real hard, and I still can't find the relationship between mastodon and Tool, however, I don't have the new album and from what my buddies told me it's calm down, the vocal style has changed and the drummer isn't so speratic anymore... So maybe you n your buddy are listening to Leviathon where as I have remission... but that doesn't really matter

I've been playing drums for 8 yrs now. Currently I'm not in a band. When I lived in London (ontario), I was in a band for 2 yrs... nothing to serious, cut a cheap cd played a couple local shows. Being in a band is tons of fun, I miss it. Playing infront of people... there's no rush like it... We got pretty known in London to the point where people were singing along that's a cool feeling.
So what do you do for shits n giggles lol

Yeah I found that when I first joined SG and then I convinced myself that I was missing something all the time and my world turned into this Hitchcock thiller everytime I left my computer. I've found that the people I've met from the site are really cool and I've never had a bad word to say about anyone. Until you're hear long enough and then you find such and such doesn't like such and such etc and I it's my theory that in the end SG will inbreed with itself so much that it will colapse and destroy the world as we know it. Yep that's the shape of things to come.
