Spending money I don't have...

...just got back from the eye doctor, ordered new contacts and a couple pairs of glasses. Funny that I can get toric contact lenses and two pairs o' glasses for half the cost of a single pair of glasses that I had as a kid.

Wasn't even planning on getting the glasses; I was wandering around the place, waiting for the paperwork to wrap up, and gravitated to the emo-type black plastic frames. Popped on a pair, looked in the mirror... holy shit, I actually liked how I looked. I'd have sex with me if I were a girl, if those glasses were on. I felt hot, in that college-rock-guy kind of way.

That kind of thing. Tried on a few other emo-type frames, most didn't look right, but another pair looked okay and felt comfortable... so there I go. They'll be in at the end of this week.

I need a new profile picture; maybe I'll do one in the glasses. Or not.
