sometimes some people jsut dont get that by not doing their job that the work still needs to be doen by somebody... and when it ends up being me doing someone elses work, it takes away from me getting my work done, or even taking care of my soldiers. I love my team, and they arent the ones im bitchig about... its my boss... their laziness is taking me away in order to pick up slack, from my team...
