So, I was having this discussion yesterday with a few e-friends and I thought it was rather interesting:

If you could go back in time to witness one event what would it be and why?

My exact train of thought started at Agincourt (The famous scene from Henry V by Shakespeare), then went over to things like Celtic winning the European Cup and the bouts between Joe Louis and Max Schmeling that defined an era.

However, I think my end decision would be to go back to where I could go to a hockey, football or basketball game with my father.

That's probably what I'd like to witness again.

So, what is yours?

**Below are the beginnings of the European pictures, this is a small batch from Dublin to start out

SPOILERS! (Click to view)

So, years of planning, hours of time spent trying to get World Cup tickets and somehow we end up with no tickets and instead of Germany we end up in Ireland.

Honestly, it probably worked out better this way.

Oh, and this is the first of the 3,000 something pictures. I have no idea what this building is.

Downtown Dublin. At this point I noticed that its only the roads leading into Dublin that are rocky like the songs.

On a hilarious side fact, the bus we took to get to this spot had our first "fake American thug" sighting.

There are a lot of those in Europe...and a 400 pound pasty white Irishman with a Brown LA Dodgers hat that went down over his ears and a huge Brown "Rocawear" jacket...was just the first.

Another building. Honestly, this trip does get exciting...just bear with me.

It doesn't get exciting here though, just keep scrolling...

The river Liffey! This is the famous river that goes through Dublin...which used to be a Viking port back in the day for those that care about awesome facts.

Oh, I would go to Zama, to see Publius Cornelius Scipio Africanus defeat hannibal Barca. Plus, I think it might be fun to sack Carthage.

love the pics... that you would relive an event with your dad shows a) what a good time you had and a special bond you had with your dad, and b) what a great dad you will one day be.

Will definitely let you know!
