I put up pics from China...I was lucky enough to be able to visit there last summer as a guest of the Shaolin temples in Quangzhou and Putian. I forgot to put a panda bear shot up. Those guys are totally cute.

Boy am I whipped...literally and figuratively. The chain whip can split the skin open even with a centimeter of foam padding. I was thinking of making up a new batch of medicine--perhaps you have heard of dit da jow?--but it's a real pain to make and stinky too. Chicks dig bruises anyways. Whenever I get home from class and shower I like to examine my collection of bruises--it's fun to try and make something out of them like it's a Rorschach inkblot test or something.

I'm deliriously tired. People have been replacing the roof of my house for several days and keep waking me up really freaking early with hammering.
goodnight

I spent 8 months in university purifying DNA as a final project not that long ago, so any explanations of how sampling, purification, checking the sample and everything else required can be done in such a timeframe is appreciated as I could never get anywhere near such efficiency in a well equiped lab even if I'd had the powers of 'The Flash'...let alone in a mobile lab (presumably).

If, however, absolutely everything was set up perfectly before the sample was provided for purification then there'd be less of a problem...but that would raise even more questions...

Exactly, and that's unfortunately my problem with it...we're assuming perfect conditions if it's to be done in that time...

Thanks for the insight though, it's been a couple of years since I handled a spin column but you've been really helpful. Cheers. smile
