I know I don't update very often. The truth is I just don't have very much going on. I work a lot. And I am still kind of finishing up some school stuff. Which doesn't leave me time for much else. I am trying to get better at responding to people though. smile

Today was a beautiful day. I love the city this time of year.

I'm actually going out this weekend. Like with a bunch of other people. And there is going to be no discussion of work or school or any other lame grown up stuff. This makes me very happy. biggrin

Sometimes I think I work too hard. But I have to say that when I am really able to help someone it makes it all worth while.

Mini-Update

Friday August 31st

I spent all day today sending letters to politicians. I'll be surprised if I get any positive results. Or at least not many. This is a part of my job that I hate. Because I am not convinced it is useful. But I have to at least try before taking more drastic (and likely more effective) steps.

Today it is all just making me very tired.

Fall is wonderful, I just wish it didn't cost so much to heat a pool. Probably not much of a concern in minnasota.

Having finally regained internet access after a week without thanks to soem jackass in the village deciding he doesn't want to work and fix things. Oh well, its working now...for a bit at least smile Thanks for your comments on my blog, I really do appreciate them smile

So, what do you do in the Twin Cities? The U of M is one of the schools I'm applying at for grad school next year.
