NYC is a tough place to live, my wife Smash is from Syracuse, and i hear ya about this cold and snow biz. enough is enough! we are getting a break from the awful cold lately and i just happen to have today off! so i'm in my art? studio/garage messing around.

Awesome, you are (were?) a Misfits fan! For the longest time years back, I tried to find out what their "skull" logo was from, then I found it... it's from an old t.v. series from 1946 called the Crimson Ghost (info). Hee hee... last year I got the mask, robe and skeleton gloves and went to a Halloween party as him. It was great! SO many people recognized me as the "Misfits guy" ("Hey! You're that Misfit guy!")... I'm going to use the same costume this coming Halloween. Can't wait! I'm a bit fanatical about this whole ghost character, I must admit... I even bought the old series on DVD (ooh! I could burn you a copy if you'd like... it'd help you start your b-movie collection. Just say the word... ).

My dogs would also love the snow. Just a pity it hardly ever snows in Johannesburg. There are other parts of South Africa that does get snow, but the last time we had snow in South Africa was in 1981

I lived in San Diego for a few months, its a great place to live and they have some good schools, the weather there stay very much the same all year round 65-75 degrees.
