UPDATE: we are NOT getting the house.

So, we had an official inspection done and there are too many problems that are environmental violations.
BOTTOM LINE: because we need to close on a house by the end of this month, we are not buying the house and are back to "Let's Make a Deal" with the owner's of the house that we want in NH. It is my favorite house because it is a log cabin style and I would have an ENTIRE floor WITH 2 rooms and a LARGE bathroom and FIREPLACE all to myself...
