So its has been an interesting few days. Wednesday night my darling cat Cable decided to kick some trespassing cats but. In the process of fighting and chasing off the neighbor cat he suffered severe battle wounds. His injuries include, deep bite to lefty shoulder, severe bight to right side, multiple bites to spine. Fortunately, as I told him on the way to the vet, his ears are beautiful, nose is straight and unscarred, and his girlfriend(platonic)kitten wont see a thing from his fight, as soon as his hair grows back where shaved. he is on pain meds and not really active but getting better. Funny, I am jealous he got some prescription meds.
To continue the week of pain I got to head to the DMV to get my drivers license renewed. I would post the pic but I think I should not. Susan keeps looking at it and staring.. Good sign?
Fortunately I got to ride my bike today up to Alberta and see the naked bikers.
I have decided that I will be riding naked next week....in costume, promise I will post pics.

Ya gotta love the Naked Bike Ride. Last year the drum line I play with was part of the "entertainment" both pre- and post- ride. It's definitely a sight to behold all those bikers. It's odd, though, that ratio of men to women was at least ten to one. Was it still that way this year?
