pain is inevitable but suffering is optional

its not negative its the truth
no matter what you do thier will always be some form of pain
but suffering is optional because you have a choice in suffering
i know it sounds a little like bull but just think about it for a second
id love to know anyones thoughts on it i can go in more depth but
alas i have many things to do today
