Heh. I love waxing semi-philosophical with the drone of sitcoms in the background. Sick days are great as long as you're not too sick to enjoy them. 
I would think the word "actually" would mean what is happening without the filter of perception. But we could then start arguing over how actuality could not exist if you couldn't perceive it, etc. etc. Something about a tree falling in the forest...
