Well Slayer were fantastic last night. One of the best I think I've ever seen them. Lights and sound were awesome and a damn fine set list to boot!
Slipknot certainly looked great, pity their soundman made a complete arse of the PA. Could barely hear any individual element of the music, all just blended into each other.

Weekend soon be back around with us again, and I rapid change of plans has happened. Was looking forward to a SG meet in Leeds, however, a old work colleague has been under going treatment for spinal cancer, only 4 years older than me, and he's out for a pint tomorrow. So needs must. Looking forward to meeting a few of the old work pals again too.
