For dinner I made falafel, fresh roasted pepper hummus (I roasted the pepers myself), pita bread, and baked potato slices.

For dessert, yeah I'm weird, organic Green Tea & Ginger Ice Cream and a bag of organic roasted peanuts.

The ice cream is actually pretty damn good!

I finally got the man to work for me, yes that's right, SATAN is on MY payroll.
