i only worked two hours tonight and i got paid for a full eight.
our sick time expires at the end of the month so, since the mechanics were only going to be working four hours, they added our sick time on to make up for any lost ours. those of us with more sick time (i think i was like, the only one) got to go home early. i had six hours, so i left at 20:30.
i didn't get to eat any of the food i paid for last night (one of the mechanics cooks or brings food every other saturday), but it was deep fried fish so it probably would have made me sick feeling anyway.
i told him to keep my money for next time. i hope it's wings next time. those were gooood.

i'm listening to john coltrane for the first tiem in.. too long. it's been months.
