My evil big brother usually snaffled up Red Wizard when we played Gauntlet - I usually stuck with Elf or Warrior after that, never Valkyrie. You really needed the Wizard or the Elf when fighting those fire dragons!
I love the illogical-ness of those old games - remember how a zillion ghosts could emerge from one pile of bones, or how you could suddenly find a baked ham in a dungeon 100 levels deeps?

i) I've booked my accomodation for Amsterdam next month, it's more than I wanted to pay but it's a nice apartment. The cheaper place was a flea infested bed with shared bathroom!
I don't want the accomodation to ruin the entire trip so it'll be worth the extra few quid!
