This is my third month of fitness, I am very very happy with my results and my progress! I lost almost 22lb since I started !! I’m impresionanda by my great strides, but to say that thanks to my effort and perseverance in the entretamiento, the right lifestyle and good nutrition should be!
I feel much stronger body! I feel more active and much more energy! I am so impressed and happy! I never thought I could get something.
I am proud of myself and my body, never pay attention and take time to my body, and now fixed on me is when I’m really learning to appreciate it. ◕‿◕
