I know the sun doesn't shine much here in the uk but when it does you can get fooled into thinking it's not that powerfull. Well don't be fooled i got completely fried from one day down the beach and forgot to put on any sunblock. What a fail! two nights of hardly any sleep later due to major sunburn on my back and shoulders which force me to try and sleep on my front in the only position that's not painfull. Ouch!
