I stop trying :3 When I just lie there stressing it's counterproductive... So I get up and do stuff. Showers help! Cools the body and brings on sleep . No screens either (blue light apparently emulates daytime + wakefulness) so books are good :)

So she said pills and only using her bedroom for sleep as in not watching tv in bed or playing on your phone etc. Hopefully that's mildly helpful
