lots of water
protein shakes / veggis / fruit / nuts
dinner - veggis & fish.. tuna works well with salad (spinach) and i can always have steamed veggis w/ a piece of fish or whatever.

Diet pills don't work long-term no matter what anyone says. Appetite suppressants can't be taken forever and they don't work for everyone. Sometimes these pills also come in a non-vegan capsule. A vegan diet in itself should be a healthy diet, if you stay away from high fat (fried stuff) and processed foods. Calorie control and exercise are the only real ways to lose fat long term (aside from awful surgery).
