I worked on my project car last night. First time in months I've actually taken a sander to a car, filled dents, and primed a part of a car. My hand cramped up, I was covered in dust from fiberglass filler and bondo, I was sweating bullets, and it needs to be refilled in a few spots that are too low and sanded with a block instead of a DAsander, but I think I did ok for not having done anything like that in 5 months.

My goal is to have that car finished in four months and outfitted with an air compressor in the trunk. Why? Because that's when my non-compete agreement with my old job runs out and I can start painting cars and fixing rims. Mostly fixing rims. They're cheaper, easier, faster, and they pay better. I can take a curbed rim and make it look brand new in half an hour and charge 50-75 bucks to do it. Used car lots here I come. Atleast once in a while. I could roll up to Lacrosse once a month and make enough in a day to pay my bills for a month.

I think I'm gonna try and find a new front bumper for the project car. The thought of having to remold that pos one I have just pisses me off and makes me want to give up. Maybe if I have one that fits better right outta the box, I'll be more motivated.
