The radio show is going amazingly well, along with hosting it with one of my best friends, Lindsey, I'm also on the music committee. Being on the committee means I get to review new artists and albums that the studio gets, I've already gotten to review the new Peaches album and Ani's new album! It also exposes me to really good new indie artists I've never heard of. I just got done reviewing probably the best electronica artist I've heard in a few years! Her name is Genika and she's from Vancouver, BC, Canada. Her album, The Purity is quite possibly the best double album I've ever heard in my life. The first CD is the album which is fucking amazing, the second CD is mind-blowing remixes of the songs on the first CD. Sooooo goood! Not much else is going on. I had to get new tires for my car and that cost a pretty penny.
Just listening to Penn Jillette's Radio show, watching Law and Order (<3!), The Soup, and probably playing some Anarchy Online and chilling with my Org on there. Just taking it easy in general this weekend. That's exactly what the doctor ordered!
