Good news will be brought to you by mail.
By mail, eh? Well, which form of mail? My apartment's mailbox? Email? Or, with Leopard, my RSS feeds come in through Mail (though I find myself going back to Safari's RSS reader from time to time), so it could be an RSS item.
So many possibilities!
Seriously though. Give me good news. I like good news.
"No noose is good news!"
Update: I forgot to mention that Super Mario Galaxy is coming out today! Years of waiting for a real, serious Mario game (Mario Sunshine was fun, but the water thing got annoying) is at last over! "So pumped!" as gym enthusiasts on 'roids would say.
Of course, the only remaining problem is finding it. Before I leave work I might call f.y.e. so they can disappoint me before I waste my time talking to their useless sales associates ("Wii... nun... chuk?" "YES! GIVE! NOW!"), and then call GameStop, or whatever it's called, at the Gallery. I just don't want to walk that far in the cold and then miss my bus and have to walk the entire way home.
And then I will go home and play as Mario in a bee suit. And laugh. While Ember watches from her chair and I yell at her to get back to demo reel.
MUAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAA.
Update 2: Apparently by laughing at Ember's future misfortunes, Fate decided to change the game's release date. It comes out tomorrow. I swear to god everything I read said the 12th; I even checked late last night. God dammit, it still says the 12th. How come f.y.e.'s signage and GameStop associate on the phone both said the 13th!?
Also: I received no good emails, RSS feeds, or anything at all in my snail mail mailbox. Maybe something good will happen tomorrow.
