I’m sure a lot of you are in the same boat; but I do t get stressed too often so this is new to me. It literally feels like everywhere I turn there is something negative going on; and I feel guilty about even feeling that way because I know so many others go through much worse than me every day. What is everyone doing to stay relaxed during these times. Suggestions would be awesome.

I'm sorry you're struggling. I'm a very anxious person and it's been ruining my life for YEARS. What I started to do and that actually helps are listening to ASMR (you need to find the sounds you like - for me it's mostly hairbrushing sounds) and doing yoga.

Yes, I understand you. for the first time in a long time, I am depressed and in a very difficult situation. to relax, I watch TV shows, walk with friends and go in for sports. I hope all will be ok. hug💗
