I had two rats die within a week of each other. But the worse part is that I am in NYC right now....not at home in PA. So I have to rely on my mom to watch over my babies. I'm sure she'll do a fine job but I really wish I could be there to take care of them myself.
I haven't had a death in my rattie family for a long time now....so I guess it was bound to happen. But I am worried for the other rats now. I find it a bit disconcerting that they should die within such a short period of time. I don't know whether it is pure coincidence, or if some kind of disease is going around. After all, a couple of my rats had competed in a show earlier this month.....there is a possibility that they picked something up there. But I dunno.....

I need to stop worrying. I'm just stressing myself out.

I'm going to go keep busy so I'm not moping around all day.
