erg...okies. I think that everything is under control now.
As far as it looks...no one has been able to get into my Suicide Girl account. The staff at SG has been a great help!!!
So what is going on???
Okies...let me tell you. Some [crazy and obsessed] person hacked into my e-mail at about 10pm last night. They used my e-mail account to gain control over my LJ, my MySpace profile, and other old accounts that I really don't even use. Note that the word "obsessed" may actually be too light for this. I mean, this person actually went through a great portion of my e-mails....and read pretty far back in my LJ. They re-posted old "private" entries. They were trying to embarrass me I guess. Not knowing that everyone who reads my journal already knows about the things that were posted and where I work. And also the fact that I really don't care about who knows what. I mean, come on! This person posted information about a surgery I had in the past...which I will explain to you all later....and it isn't like it was some weird plastic surgery or anything embarrassing! It isn't like anyone is going to be...."oh...she had surgery...I'm not her friend anymore". And the other LJ entry they posted is one I'm actually quite proud of because of how witty I was that day! (I can be pretty funny sometimes!)
And by now, they'd have to be an absolute jackass to risk going in and changing anything else. All of the effected companies already know about the situation and are basically waiting for the person to try to enter the accounts again. I am almost thinking they might be dumb enough to try it.
*sigh* And really, I actually can't think of who would even do this. Or who would have the -time- to do this. I mean, the effort they put into it...and the amount of work they went to screw with my accounts is just unnerving. It is borderline psychotic!
I don't think I know any psychotic people.
It is also obvious that this person knows nothing about me. If they did, they would know that the stuff they made "public" was already common knowledge to most...and not a big deal to others. I don't have anything I would be truly embarrassed about posted -anywhere- on the internet.
They would also know that the websites they messed with are of little to no concern to me. In fact, on both Myspace and LJ I had just made comment about how I -would not- be using those sites for the time being. And websites I actually -do- care about...have remained untouched and will stay that way since I changed out a lot of the information I had.
erg....
Happily thougheverything is under control. I notified all the proper authorities on the matter and I should have regained control of everything very soon. And also, not having my standard e-mail and going through this little annoyance has actually encouraged me to register my proper e-mail (on squeakmachine.com) and to finish that webpage! Squeakmachine.com should be up within a couple weeks!
