Sooooo...

I am currently in the process of buying a house.

(Eeeee!!!)

And so I must apologize for not posting on here much the past month or so. Although it is a so-called "buyers market" it is certainly not a free-for-all in the loan department. Applying for a mortgage and getting into a house is a long and arduous task nowadays. All of the free time I have has been devoted to signing papers, sending documents to the bank, moving money from account to account, and scheduling meetings, inspections, appraisals, and more.

I can't wait until settlement next month. Painting, packing, and moving incredibly large objects has got to be less stressful than this. hehhehe

Anyways...I would direct you all to the listing of my new house but they already took it down since we are near to settlement. However, I was able to snatch a few pictures off the site beforehand....

This is the back half of the kitchen...the other side has double doors out to the patio and room for a table. It also has a full pantry!

This is the front half of the finished basement....the back half has more living area and a separate laundry room.


And this is the master bedroom...


There are two other bedrooms as well but I don't have any pictures of them. The bathrooms are also quite nice, but again, no pics. I'm sure that once I start moving in, I shall have lots and lots of pictures to show.

Okay....well....I have more papers to print out and sign.....yes...seriously! It never ends! hahhah!
