Meet the girls...

Okay, so those aren't exactly the ones that I am getting but you get the idea.
I went to my consultation with my plastic surgeon yesterday. I now have my surgery scheduled for July 11th!!
I still have so many decisions to make before my surgery. Saline or silicone? How big? Under or Over? Erg! I went to the consultation with so many questions and feel like I left with even more!
Fortunately, I don't have to make up my mind about anything until June 17th when I pay for the procedure. Right now I am really leaning towards 250cc sub-glandular ("overs") silicone implants.
The reason I decided to go sub-glandular (over the muscle) is because of aerial and vertical dancing. When the implant is placed under the muscle, and the muscle is flexed, it can cause some pretty serious distortion. This is not usually a concern for most...as most people do not flex their muscles so hard on a regular basis. But for me, I predominately use my upper body strength to dance and my breasts are very much apparent when doing so. So I am thinking that going over the muscle may yield the best results for me.
Most people go under the muscle because it is said to give a more natural look. ??? However, when I asked the nurse which pictures were girls with "overs" vs the "unders"...she said, "I honestly couldn't tell you. They don't look any different."
Many are under the impression that overs can look really fake but from what I've seen...so can unders. I suppose it just depends on how your boobs look to start with and the skill of the surgeon.
The reason I am going with silicone...it feels sooooooo nice! Most of the girls I know who have gotten saline say that they wish they had gotten the silicone. Besides, when going over the muscle, one really needs to choose the implant with the most natural look and feel. Despite some of the problems related to silicone, I feel that the benefits greatly outnumber any problems the may arise. I only hope the FDA would friggin approve the "gummi bears" that they have been using in Europe. Those gel implants offer all the benefits of silicone with none of the side effects. Stupid FDA.
So now I just have to continue my research and play with the sample implants they gave me to help me decide on a size. Oh! AND I have to save up a pretty significant chunk of money for the surgery.
My birthday is coming up in about two weeks. I think I'm just going to ask everyone for money so I can put it towards my boob job.
I still have four months to wait! But I know it will go by fast!
PS. Thanks to everyone who commented on my
Video!!!! I'm so glad you guys liked it!
