I apologize with peek-tures <3<3
Sorry I haven't posted in awhile. I was terribly sick last week and I had to stay in bed. I couldn't even sit up long enough to check an e-mail or get any writing done. Which is also why I am behind on the website right now...as well as most of my writing projects. *sigh*
Anyways....
Since I am so long overdue for a post, I figured I'd better make it a good one.
I had a FANTASTIC weekend two weeks ago that I would like to share with you all!
Due to his first Philadelphia show being completely sold out, stand up comedian Jim Gaffigan added a second late night show onto the tour. So a few friends and I were able to get tickets to his show.
It was incredible...soooo friggin funny!!! The man is a comedic genius and I want to rub myself all over him. uh...yeah......anyway.....
So here we are with him after the show:

The funny thing is that he actually recognized me! I came up to him and complimented his show and he was like; "Hey, don't I know you??" And he said he'd seen me on the net before but he didn't specify where...so who knows? Maybe Gaffigan is an SG fan! hee hee
The following evening the Philadelphia Zombie Crawl had their Zombie Prom over at the Troc. I have to say, there is nothing more fun then dancing to cheesy 80's music in a room filled with the living dead.
The event was very well run. They had cute little "prom-esque" tables with candles and zombie decor. As well as a photographer with a graveyard archway for couples photos. And of course, the crowning of the zombie prom King and Queen.
Here are some pics from the event:
My best friend Mike and I before the show....

Zombies sitting at their tables:

Getting attacked:

Zombies like music:

My friend Laura, Mike, and I:

John didn't want to dress up so I just tacked a sign onto his back:

(what a nice girlfriend I am, right?)
Fellow SGs, Oubliette and I

Zombie crowd:

Eeeep! Zombie hunters!:

(don't worry! His gun wasn't loaded and I ate him)
