Got to get to work on a new set. 
After having one rejected...and my favorite at that!....I must say I have had some trepidation about putting in too much time or money in doing another set. BUT I think the next one I have planned shouldn't cost me too much. I should be able to borrow a lot of the props and make a lot of the wardrobe myself. Of course I have to pay about $100 to get my serger cleaned and fixed...I broke it two weeks ago...and it has been rough time without it!
Note: a serger is basically a very complicated, very fussy sewing machine
Erg...there are a lot of props to gather. But I am determined to not have another set rejected! Having that last set rejected was a really hard shot to my already fragile self-esteem. Don't know if I could deal with it happening again. I know I am not one of the better looking SGs; I'm not stupid, I know I'm not much to look at...but I really do try hard to make sets that are at least artistically interesting.
Soooooo now....I've got to get back on my feet and try it again. Hopefully I won't f*ck it up this time!
Speaking of f*ck ups.....I know some of you haven't seen the rejected set (cause many people have written to me about Prom Queen but the Gnome one is actually more recent)....you can see the rejected set over in the hopefuls area.....
