I've been playing around with my new pole again lately.
So I recorded some of my practice sessions.
You know, I think I'm starting to get the hang of working on stainless steel? It feels so different from brass but after a few days I think my grip has gotten strong enough to move with more grace and control.
The first video is me messing around, trying to warm up a bit:
This is a video of me showing someone (on another forum) how to go into a Superman from Scorpio position. It is a pretty neat trick when I have more height to perform it on, but you get the idea.
And this is a video of me working with a chair and pole. I am turning this act into a feature show soon. It still needs a lot of work. I need to figure out some more pole work to do. It is really friggin hard to dance with a chair in the way!
