Long day today but I got alot of things done. The trainer at the gym pushed me really hard so I'm quite beat right now. I'm off to bed in a bit, my body is killing me. I have to eat and have a shake before bed which I'm dreading.

Budweiser was on sale, $10.99 for an 18 pack at Cumby's. I got myself a 12 pack of Becks and a pizza for tonight. There is nothing in the world as good as German beer. I can't sleep tonight. Every attempt I make at sleep is hampered by some noise which awakens me. We kicked the tenants out since we are selling the house so its been a 2 week ordeal moving their shit out. I don't know how people could ever live in such squalor. I'm not going to get started on those obease, sub human, shitbags that never paid the rent on time and trashed the apartment which I worked so hard to make nice...
