So Ithras got pepper sprayed during training yesterday. I seem to have gotten a bit of the residue from it on my lower back despite careful measures to not come in contact with it. The skin over my tailbone is red, irritated and literally bubbling up.

That sucks so bad! I somehow managed to get pepper spray in my eyes once after it leaked in my purse. NO FUN AT ALL! Hope all is well by now!

Ok I found out I got the name wayyyyy wrong, the other game I was looking at is Yourself!Fitness which I have heard many good things about except for the sound on Ps2 so I may steal an Xbox and run that version*.
