we threw a very successful surprise party for my mom last night. she was so incredibly happy. totally worth the 200 bucks i spent on her. i don't think she's had an actual party like that since she was a kid. even my friend Darryl came and brought a gift. he was a good addition to the party, my mom loves him and was trying to get him to marry me (don't worry mick, that was just the ouzo talking) everyone got wasted. i think my dad is still asleep on the couch. i crate papered and ballooned the house like a mad woman for an hour before people showed up. everything was so last minute, we were stressing out so bad but then it all came together. good friends, telling hilarious "lisa" stories on my dads microphone. my mom was extra stoked about Toasted Head cabernet i got and these pictures i quickly whipped up and taped all over the house...
