so i've started working for CUTCO. tomorrow is my day three of training (and last official day) If you aren't familiar, CUTCO is a brand of high quality kitchen cutlery (and some other outdoor tools) They really are fucking incredible, i have no reason to try and lie, this is just my SG blog after all. Scissors that cut pennies, knives that slice through rope and leather in one fell swoop, they are manly as fuck. Not only are they super sharp, the handles are pure art. seriously, the handles are actually feature in the museum of modern art because they are so damn nice. CUTCO even had a modern marvels episode! :o and they are guaranteed forever. not a lifetime warranty, a FOREVER warranty no matter what happens or who owns them.
tricky thing is, us sales reps are basically independent contractors. we start out by calling as many people we know (married, homeowners, 30-60 of age) to give our 45 minute presentations. they don't have to buy anything, i just get paid 16 bucks for visiting them and its good practice for me. and of course, i make commission if i do sell stuff. there's some really decent fucking money in this job if you put in the work/have people you can call and see. so it's all based on recommendations we get.
I'm supposed to have 6 appointments made by monday. so far i have 4 made. i've called like 12 people (i don't know a lot of people) and could only get one person to sign up....them my mom got the other 3 people. thanks mommy. it'd be waaaaayyyy better if i could do the presentation for my parents first (that's what's recommended and what i would feel most comfortable with) but unfortunately, my rents are gonna be camping this weekend. soooo, first presentation, right when i get home from training, is with one of my neighbors who, thank god, is the one i am most familiar with. ....i really hope she remembers....
now im waiting for people to call me back, or get home. i need to call my boss in a half an hour with the rest of the appointments ready
i know im not gonna be rolling in dough with this job (but any money is good money), and it is totally making me step out of my comfort zone. i am always so afraid of calling people on phones and talking to adults i don't know very well and driving to places i've never been (even if it is in my home town) so i am really hoping this job will help me over come all that stupid stuff so i can become wonder woman and go after my real career dreams and conquer anything!.... so to speak
so yea...wish me luck i guess. and if you live in the ventura county area, wanna buy some knives/hang out with me?
and of course, i am still working that other... "job". you know, like from my last blog post. if you are interested in helping me out and purchasing a video for your masturbatory delights you can visit my site http://www.mygirlfund.com/Yklail and read up on what i have to offer. so message me and lets make a deal. i know you wanna see me squirt and just how good i suck on weenies

Well I was kinda kidding. I personally made no money working for Cutco...no one wants to buy things they can't afford. Yeah, they're good knives, but they're a lot of money. Mostly people just bought them out of pity, and didn't send me to their friends...so I didn't make much doing it. And I had to give back my knives at the end of the summer. And it was only a summer job...they didn't go into the school year.

Well I'm glad you have more luck with it. good luck with the door to door selling of fantastic knives. I do have one...they are really nice knives...they cut really well. I did have fun doing the demos...cutting the penny, rope, various vegitables...it was kinda fun.
