time for the obligatory, "im moving out of the coutnry" post now that kerry has conceded.

I used to really just hate my state, but now I am starting to hate the country as well. Besides the fact that some of you more rich folk mght get richer from tax break, I can't possibly see why anyone in their right mind would vote for bush. Terrorism? hah, like the patriot act or any other garbage this admistration has dumped on us is going to keep some crazy from attacking a government building. hell, anyone who is smart enough can figure out how to mix the right chemicals bought from wal mart. its unfavorable to think that the war on terrorism will probably end up becoming like the war on drugs, unwinable, but kerry was right, it is more realiistic to think of getting terrorists to the point of nuissace, thus having only extremists against our policies, NOT THE REST OF THE WORLD.

Don't even get me started on the whole gay marriage amendment thing...granted over half of marriages end in divorce anyway, but its completely ridiculous for the governent to tell someone who they can or cannot be with. the problem is in the language used, anyway. i don't think marriages should be recognized, at all, in the constitution. marriages are for churches, civil unions are for insurance purposes. but the whole concept of marriage in the sense of the government should be tossed out the window, so that the christians wont get (they would, though) pissy and gay people can still reap the benifits that married men and women get, and it would legitimize their relationship.
