Well, I have justr completed my weekend of insulating my loft, ably assisted by my old man.

It now looks like I have been snorting black powder and drinking ink. Each time I hack a lump of phlegm, It has a nasty unnatural black colour to it......

Just hope there was no asbestos dust mixed in with the 4 pounds of shit I just breathed in!!!


Anyhoo, how have you all been. My ideas of making it to Anthrax on Friday night were spoiled by having one of the worst working days in many months!!!!!!!!!!!!!
