i got sick on the fourth of july.
shut the shades so i wouldn't have to see the sky.
haven't
vomited like that in years. since i had appendicitis.
it was pretty cool to spend the whole day in bed,
and it's a good thing i enjoyed it,
because i was too sick to move.
slept all day and had a dream about bob dylan and ralph nader winning the super bowl.
here's a pic from my trip to costa rica. we stayed at the beach for two days at the end of a busy busy trip.
i bought a bottle of ron centario and a coke and took a glass from my room. started drinking around 10:30 am and went swimming before sunset. i was trying not to look like i felt.
but it felt good.

Also, I dunno, Stars of the Lid is pretty good, when you're in the mood. Some of the drone and noise shit that WXYC plays is unlistenable. But when they are listenable, you can hear 'em at wxyc.org.
