@sorcerer333 There are absolutely no side effects in the form of weight gain. But there is anxiety. I have it against the background of war, I can sometimes be in a panic attack

@caticorn  I’ve lived a very sheltered life here in Canada, so I obviously can’t currently relate to your awful situation. I wish no one would know what this is like, but wishes are about as powerful as “thoughts and prayers” in this age. Is there any small thing I can do all the way over here that could possibly help you ease your anxiety?

I attended the “No Justice, No Peace” march in Ottawa, yesterday. The energy was electric. The size of the crowd was nearly overwhelming. I don’t believe I’ve ever experienced so many different emotions in such a short amount of time.
