Not the best, but the most memorable birthday party ever was number 7 or so when I sliced open my throat in the middle of it after tripping and landing on some rusty gears in motion. My dad taped a towel to my neck and told me to go back out and have fun. I got lots of stitches in it after the party. Several hours later. Being from Texas rules.
