Went to the Black Dog Institute yesterday. Black Dog Institute They are mood disorder specialists. They think I have Bipolar II Disorder. Seems to fit. I thought this myself for a while but wasn't sure. It's hard to tell if your mood is high or just not depressed. So what now? As Dr Thompson would say, "What comes next?"
They said I should stop drinking for 3 months. No alcohol for three months. Ok. I'll see what it does to me - that's if I stick to it. October 11th is my next appointment. How will I be feeling then? What will have transpired in my life? Roger and out.

I think it's best to stay away from the booze for a while. You may find a whole new perspective of life and the people around you when you head is clearer. Best of Luck!
