We can break time down to the minutest amounts - atomic clocks which can measure time to the millionths of a second. But what if you went the other way. Measuring time to the largest amount - seconds, hours, days, years, centuries - if this is taken to the extreme, you would come to one single unit of time that encompasses the entire lifespan of the universe - just one single instant in which the universe exists.
