Olivia deleted herself. She is part-owner of SG. She can do that. She wanted some privacy.

Hey, your posts on the current events board are tops. I gave up frustrating myself there which is probably lame, I know. I'd never expect to change anyone's mind or anything, but an actual give and take discourse there is rare. There is a conservatives group you know. You'd make a whole 70 of us. I went to try to find out how many members SG has all together, couldn't find it. But I searched for the groups with the most members for a comaprison. Group devoted entirely to diuscussing anal sex: 2,375 members; group devoted to discussing conservative thought: 69 members.

I made a bet w/ a friend at the beginning of the year...

As long as Godsgirls doesn't launch before midnight tonight, I'm gonna be a Hundredaire, 2x over.

Unrelated: The guy in X3 beats the guy playing Logan in 24 as the least convincing screen President in history. Lisping, wimpy, pansy...I bet Harry Reid sees these clowns and gets a massive boner, figuring he's...

What I don't get is why, with so many ordinary Americans being opposed to amnesty, politicians seem to be championing the cause of the illegals.

I can sort of understand it from the Dems - more ready made poverty stricken "victims".

But the Republicans? Bush? It's not as though illegals would be natural Republicans.

All this is doing is disheartening Conservative voters - and in the lead up to November, that seems suicidal

It's because the amnesty and guest worker program don't legitimately address the slave labor conditions of the current illegal immigrants. Offering amnesty, or guest worker status, without enforcing compensatory issues for them simply maintains the economic status quo...of cheap lettuce on the backs of slave labor.

That seems to be something everyone can get behind :-D

uptight:
with regards to the immigration bill, if I wanted the benefit of working in the US but didn't want the rigmarole of changing my citizenship and going through the legal channels, could I just land at JFK and declare myself to be a "guest worker"?

Would it be that easy?

why didn't they just hire Malcolm MacDowall to play the pimp in Running Scared???
Malcolm MacDowall > Malcolm MacDowall lookalike....

Still a very good movie. Hopes are high for Ultraviolet.

I don't get the whole thing with models getting canned here if they pose for other sites...even the direct competition that still hasn't launched yet. It comes off a bit draconian and vindictive, especially coming from the 800 lb gorilla in this market...

In fairness, though, i'm only hearing one side. Maybe the only way to stay dominant is to act like that.

They aren't stopped from appearing on other sites, but their sets get moved to the archive and they stop being an ongoing Suicide Girl

Perhaps this is a "team" thing, perhaps it's a brand thing.

Who knows - but it's up to the site how they plan and run their business and everyone knows the rules when they apply to be an SG.

I see so much crap flung at Sean and Missy - some of it comes from ex-members who are pissed off with Sean's politics, but much of it comes from the same scary mental place that motivates people to obsessovely stalk their ex-partners.

A truly cool detached person will not be too fussed and will certainly not let a website dominate their lives.

you have good taste but how can you be a woman and support the Repubs??..i'm just curious is all..you know they do not support your right to choose right?..just a question..no snarkiness intended k?

Worked for the Lieberman campaign through 02 and 03...the way the dnc treated him was heart-breaking. The democratic party can go f themselves in the ear...they deserve to be ripping off decade old gop tactics.

Great to see another member here who doesn't subscribe to the requisite, off the peg package of liberal ideas.
