So today work was very busy and long and my workout was even longer.
Thank god my personal trainer is drop dead gorgeous or it might not be worth it lol!

I've been feeling like a million bucks lately with this exercise, and tanning for some reason helps, guess I feel a little pampered looking good to start off the summer.
Lol, just the other day I made a trip to the swimming hole and had a couple teeny boppers tell me I had a 'Bomb Body Man' and I kinda had to giggle at how sweet they were about it.
It's good to hear compliments because some days I can just feel so old but hey I guess they say 30 is the new 20 and I'm only a year away lol.
Whatever, life happens as it's supposed to and I'm sure I'll enjoy every minute of it good or bad!
