Do what you have to do to keep your job. Fight for it if you need it badly. There are labor laws that prevent employers from mistreating employees and you need to research them. Don't stand for this any longer. Keep your chin up. Make a written list of everything that you think is unfair and confront your boss. Make sure a witness is with you. It's unwise to have 1 on 1 meetings with your employer, because it comes down to your word versus theirs if worse comes to worse. Do a little bit of research on the matter and know your rights.
