I made chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes and cream gravy last night. I made the cream gravy with the drippings and fat from the previous nights' roasted pork, so it was extra good. That leftover pork will probably become enchiladas tonight. I'm such a fatty, but I can't help it. Food is good.

Cold is here officially. I like it/ hate it. The biggest problem is my townhouse is about as well insulated as a cardboard box, plus it's two story. This means bottom floor is freezing while the top is just right. I hate that. A space heater helps a lot, but only in it's own little area.

Christmas for me this year is going to be a non-event just like last. Probably just going to save my money and use it for prom. Maybe. We'll see.
